Well, I blog...

...and I am an energetic, fun-loving, fitness enthusiast who happens to be a wife and mom of four sons. Surprisingly, I am still sane...mostly.

I survive with yoga, chocolate and wine... not necessarily in that order.

I am an advocate for abused children, children with special purposes and the precious gift of adoption.

I am in love with digital photography. My photography is still in the learning stages, but doesn't enthusiasm make up for lack of knowledge?

BTW, don't ever ask me to go shopping with my kids...ever.
