Is everyone still on this whole weightloss thing? Someone fill me in please.
Until then let me tell you a little about how I plan to spend my first weight loss wednesday. This morning I got right into the shower with my loofa. I must have scrubbed off an entire pound of dead skin. I am amazed at how few people realize that their skin is an elimination organ.
After finishing my shower, ending with it turned as cold as I can stand, I ran over to the local health food store and bought a big bottle of Apple Cider Vinegar, A bag of Cayenne Pepper, honey and Udo's oil. You may be wondering what I'm gonna do with this, while here it goes...
1/2 tablespoon of cayenne in 2 oz of water. Drink fast and follow with as much water as you need to cool your mouth and throat down. Follow this with a nice hot cup of water with 2 tablespoons of Apple cider vinegar and 1 tablespoon of honey. This helps the cayenne go through you more gently.
Next I take 2 tablespoons of a good nutritional oil. I love the taste of Udo's oil blend and it's a perfect mix of omegas.
At this point, I now run to the toilet and get ready for the show to begin. Ahhhhh! ohhhhhhhh! there now i'm ready for the day. I forgot how fast this mixture tears through ya!
Looking at my morning Booster Juice's nutritional facts, I realize that one beverage is 580 calories, Holy! That's alot for one drink, I may need to eliminate that one from the morning ritual.
Now it's off to the Zoo to burn some calories. I'll fill you all in on my diet plan for this weight loss adventure later today.
