It's a battle alright... I'm almost 30 (please don't boot me!!) and have found that taking the weight off isn't as easy as it used to be. I write about the road to a lighter me but some days I don't even mention food or the scale. On any given day you'll have no idea what road I'll go down. I may talk about #2 or the death of a friend or the latest thing my dog has chewed. Come along for the ride...
