I'm a mom of two, living in suburban Canada, and I blog...yawn. But wait, it gets better.

Was a city dweller, but succumbed to the move after getting pregnant with my boy (7). Would have happily stayed on the career track even after girlie (3) was born. But my company moved, I received a lovely golden handshake and didn't need a kick in the head to figure out that staying home with the kids that we'd endured a roller coaster ride to bring to this world, made sense. I've got an amazing partner who helps make this all possible.

Best decision I ever made. Blog fodder is much better from this view of the world than cooped up in a 8 - 5 office.

And my name? Yeah, I know I'm shouting. Thought it would make me distinct after having grown up with at least 2 other Karens in every school year. Besides, someone once told me it sounded sorta gangsta - SNORT! I'm a bit of a party girl, and I heard this was where all the cool kids hang out. So here I is... looking forward to getting to know y'all.
