This was a little ditty we put together for the Association of Realtors in my area last year. The words were written By Jeff Dennis, President of the Association, Music was written by me, and the song was sung by David Sikes, former bass player from the band Boston. It went from a home recording to getting National Airplay in just 4 weeks. It was also played at the California Association of Realtors main meeting held this year in February.
