Well, from where we are - and it's about noon right now - the storm is supposedly opposite us - but it is clearly not going to be a huge wind or rain event. We're having some gusts - small branches are hitting the roof and then the ground.

According to the weather news, the storm is now above us - so I guess we're getting the wind and rain from the other side - and it's not much. So Hanna has turned out to be kind of a non-event - thank God!

I emailed my son in North Carolina - they came through just fine also - they are inland, and the storm was supposed to pass right through their area. According to him - not even much wind - but a lot of rain - about 5 inches.

So....signing off from my weather duty - and now I have the rest of the day to have fun with crafts! YAY!!
