I agree with this. I for one know that the businesses that I prefer to deal with are the ones that I know appreciate me. They do this by knowing my name, what I order, personal service, prompt communication, asking my opinion, and other like ideas. Businesses that do not do these things either loose me as a customer or don't get my money in the first place. =0)
