Every year we have the flu shot question -- to get one or not to get one.
My child is 4 and I did get one when she was very young. She got one, too, I believe. But not in the past couple of years, for either of us.
Are these a good idea? I don't like the idea, but can't really articulate it. My mother always pushes for us to do it.
Seems like they used to say 2 and younger should have them, but now I hear five and under?? And what about moms getting them? What do you smart women out there think?
I get them. And, I have my 2 1/2 year old get one. To date, he and I have not gotten the flu while so many around us have suffered the flu.
So, I am a big fan of flu shots. And, I get them at a local pharmacy or urgent care. It is less expensive as the flu shot runs about $10 and my Doctor's co-pay runs $25.00.

Don't like that LOL.
